Lane Family/Exclusive Properties Personal Property Managers will greet guests at 4 pm and walk them through-out the house, pool house and property, to ensure guests satisfaction and knowledge of operation, for all electronics, amenities, etc. They are also On-Call for guests throughout each week.
• Luxury Linen Package This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundles in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels per person the house sleeps, 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

• We have traveled to the Outer Banks for many years now and we have never stayed in a nicer house or a better property than the Grand Ritz Paradise!The pool and fountains were incredible at night, the pool house with fireplace, bar and sauna, kept us cool and comfortable in the day time and hot and partying all night!When the weather wasn’t nice outside, we were able to enjoy movies in the large home theater and many rousing games of foosball and pool.The views from the top floor were incredible, watching the waves roll in over and over and watching the stars at night was majestic!The beach was just a short walk away on the private walk. My family and friends enjoyed walking the beaches, collecting shells, flying kites, fishing or swimming from a mostly private secluded stretch of beach! -Don Rawls

  Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.  We have attached our Review & a link (The pictures were too large to email) to a few pictures from the wedding but mostly of the house.  It was an AMAZING experience all around.  Some people have horror stories of all of the things that went wrong at their wedding.  We have none of those.  Seriously it was about as perfect as we could have asked for.  The House was beautiful, the weather cooperated and was great, Our guests had a great time, and everything went according to plan.  It will be one of our fondest memories.

• Hi Kim.   My family and I had a wonderful week in your home. We arrived during the hurricane and the house steward was readily available to assist us. Sand was everywhere but they cleaned it up. The house was beautiful!  I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay. There was nothing negative about the house. We lived like royalty for a week. Everyone loved their rooms. We had a double anniversary party at the pool house and it couldn’t have been better. I was sad to leave but I’ll cherish the memories of having my whole family there to attend my anniversary party in that beautiful house. I definitely recommend anyone that can afford it to rent it.   We had an amazing time at the Grande Ritz Paradise! The Trauma Masterminds used this week to builed our group and brainstorm about trauma treatment. We came from Miami Florida, Toronto, Canada, Indianapolis, Columbus Ohio, Milwaukee Wisconsin. We <3’d the house and were able to fine tune our skills! We will definitely be returning!
